I'd like to see Nottingham Forest back in the PL because of their history. I'd also like Leeds in the PL again because the league needs bad guys.

a good idea would be to hold a championship consisting of the lower league teams and have them play each other, then the best three teams at the end get to join the premier league, that'd be the most fair way imo

Derby should never be allowed back into the Premiership. Nottingham Forest and Leeds would be fun to have back, and every season needs an underdog team that's never been there before. The next one of those should probably be Brighton.
