Just eat less than you currently are. It's like magic.

Get an app like MyFitnessPal and track what you're eating for a week. Then try to cut down. Pro-tip: Aim for less than 2,000 calories. Aim for below 1,400 but more than 1,200 for hard mode.

The problem is that my fucking organism is retarded, even if'll eat once a day below 1400 calories, i won't lose weight like you'd do for example.

Well obviously. You won't lose weight immediately if you starve yourself. You also need to do things like drink lots of water, and aim for over 1,200 calories a day. Based on your weight, you need to eat at least 2,200 calories a day to NOT lose weight. Anything under that, for a long period of time, should lead to you losing weight. Just keep at it and don't make stupid excuses.

Vegetables soup with chicken and nothing more for 3 months, is easy to make and you can freeze it for weeks plus some mild exercise and you will star seeing the difference in a month or two

Currently I`ve made it up to don`t eat for 3 days, then eat (one meal) for one, dont for 3, eat for 1.
Alternatively, eat one meal every time you lose 5lbs.

I drink tea, smoke cigarettes, and also I keep my credit card in my car, park a few blocks away, and don`t buy food when I go shopping.
Even if I get hungry, I can`t get food.
(Its cold where I am, I really really hate the cold so the prospect of walking to the car to leave/order food is not appealing - especially when I think about how much I`ll hate the fact that I broke my rule. Its a lose-lose situation)

After a solid month of this I don`t start to get really hungry until day 4 or so.

My diet was 90% tuna.
It's fairly cheap. Cheaper for me cause I knew a guy.
But eat a can every few hours, keeps you from being too hungry.
Vegetables here and there, mainly cucumbers. And a steak about once a week so I didn't kill myself.
To be fair I also exercised slightly during this, but keeping the will to diet like this is hard. And the mercury may have caused me to go insane.

I hate tuna, but you can wolf down a can in like 30 sec so just have something to drink after.
And stay away from soda, one the biggest things.
And for me it really sucked cause I love sweet things.
Give it about a month to see what happens, I don't know anyone else who's tried this, so come back after a while and post results, I'd love to know.

I think if you tend to eat the same thing every day try not to, cos youl be getting a lot of one thing and your body will just start storing it i think

I did this at 23 and got down to 195, but let myself go a bit. I started at 315.
Now what I found is when I lost all of it, it was harder to put back on, so you can stop the diet, but do watch what you eat.
Put myself back on it cause of the weight gain.

Ok, let's assume like 14-15 in.
You're pudgy but not particularly fat. You could lose a few pounds but you and tone a little, but you're average.
Try for a goal of about 180-190lbs

Honestly? Because it takes more will power to exercise and eat-healthy.
Not eating is simple.
Eating right, in moderation, and taking the time to workout - those all require far more effort to lose weight then simply not eating.

I didn't know exactly what I was doing, I didn't really look shit up.
The tuna was cause I'm lazy. And I knew carbs was not good for losing weight.

Seriously mate, I lost 20kg in 7 months when I stopped drinking soft drink (soda) and just stuck to water. Also stopped snaking when I'm bored.
I don't have the best diet but I try to stay away from the unhealthy things. Exercise helps as well

Coffee is a diuretic and has antioxidants, makes you poop, gives you caffeine, etc. No sugar, no cream.

I think it's not really the coffee that makes you lose weight, but the fact it's kinda filling and curbs appetite.

The caffeine in it helps burn calories. its safer than meth.
