Good movies don't make money

>good movies don't make money

>the tomatometer score of a movie determines its quality
back 2 reddit, idiot

Both Ghostbusters and BvS destroy this trend

Why do all the diseny films have 100% RT score and the highest gross?

Why does OP only use domestic gross? China is a huge market. Europe also makes some money. Nobody gives a shit about domestic gross (for example: Warcraft).

Indoctrination

None of these are even good.

BvS is the only good one.

>Not plotting Gross on Tomatoscore

That graph kind of proves there was corruption in RT towards BvS though

>domestic gross
why are muricans so fucking obsessed with that factor?

A lot of people like them.

Because the American market is the only one that matters.

>Movies with good reviews make lots of money
or
>Movies that are predicted to make lots of money receive good reviews

Note that I am not defending the shitty movies.

Also RT is really not a very good aggregation of reviews past a certain point. It can generally be trusted to determine whether a movie is worth your time or not (Although sometimes not, especially for older movies), but It's pretty bad for actually comparing quality.

...

idiot. that's true, before 1980.

>Implying any of those are "good"

>Budget over 100M
>Good movie

pick one

Actually it determines the money it will make

What are outliers

if this many people go to the movies why the fuck do PTA films always bomb?

desu American audiences are actually much better than the international scene.
Americans don't care about shitty cgi, but they gobble it up everywhere else.
