i make comments almost daily to the kids, but it is rare that staff talk about the kids, unless this links to behaviour etc

it is one thing to joke online but something completely different in person.
daily. some girls wear bright bras. the most common is them pulling their tights up right infront of you exposing a little more skin
also sometimes if the shirt doesnt fit and their tits are big enough, their will be a gap between the buttons of the shirt.
bra straps dont really fall down guess the shirts are tighter there, but some adjust yeah

the opposite i would go to a rougher school - that is where the money is - they want to attract good teachers, esp inner city london.
a better school isnt defined in terms of best grades when it relates to pay
i certainly wouldnt want to work in a grammar school - pressure would be different
