The problem lies in the industry though. Who hired her? In any other job, you'd be refused with such an attitude. I haven't seen thin particular documentary on porn but others. Sure, you don't seem to need any special qualifications to be a female pornstar despite mediocre looks. But you also don't need any special qualifications to work at McDonald's.
