combine 4 chan and 8 chan by addition.
it would be adding the user bases, and not multiplying it by adding extra users.
the resulting 12 chan could fill a hole that is unoccupied. making a 16 chan seems old school like 16 bits or something.
12 would be better than 16 the next numbered chan.
NumberChan is also a possibility.
