peazy

Do you feel easy???

yea but this is vocab not english per se

as long as you know that is suppose to go in you should be fine
even if you don't know the meaning of the choices

>that
what*

I found some phrasals pretty hard...

For example, I've never heard the word 'curtail' or 'leery'... But my english is from the school, probably that's why.

You feel it easi? Me find a hard test! Word so hard hmm ~ difficult test

it comes from reading a lot
so learning the technicals in school won't be much help
exposure to literature does

me irl

I know only half of these words
Where can i find more tests like this?

it's related to the pokemon move leer
to stare at in suspicion

OK

I did'nt know "peazy",so I searched it.
Understood.

if you have an english dictionary that would help greatly. Most of the answers they list aren't really used in everyday conversational english. Usually if someone uses one of these and you don't understand it, its totally ok to ask what it means especially since youre not white.

you can find similar questions in textbooks ranging from Middle School to High School levels. Some of these are even on practice ACTs.

pretty easy

...

I wondered, is this English test actually used in the US and UK daily life?
I thought. Is it English sentence that even elementary school student understands?

>Middle School to High School levels.
Oh....

I am using longword translation with google 's translation.
I try hard to write myself in English so as not to use as much as possible

"peazy" is from a saying in english that goes "easy peasy"
peasy doesn't mean anything but it's just a casual way of speaking

>Lugubrious

All of the other words are pretty normal but I've never even heard of this one before.

This isn't a hard test for westerners but I do think this is a bit much for people learning english as a second language

3 and 6 required some thinking

its one of those standardized test vocabulary words they force you to study

1. Curtail
2. Blaring
3. Flamboyant
4. Entice
5. Contingency
6. Onerous
7. Pivotal
8. Disseminating
9. Antiseptic

It's not the easiest thing ever but its not hard. Few words that aren't used very much

I wouldn't get discouraged or anything. English is a pretty tough language coming from an oriental one. Google translate works pretty well into English, but transferring some from English is another story. If you can speak, read, or write at a elementary or middle school level you're already on the level of most Americans and Canadians.

I don't have an answer sheet, I can't.

a few wrongs

Thank you for telling me( ´∀`)

This is the answers or answer??????????

What the fuck is the capital punishment part?

That's as easy as pissing.

this is the answer sheet
or these are the answers
correcting errors

I'm not good at plural form. (´;ω;`)

keep going
sometimes doing comparative study might help

英語は僕の母国語だから。もし同じ日本語単語のテストすると、多分半分間違って答えられたかも

いちいち顔文字使うなや。きっしょいんじゃ。

A lot these words aren't commonly used conversations, dictionary and thesaurus would go a long way.

The only one I wasn't sure of was number three, but elimination proves it to be the fourth choice.

why don't you retards throw a little triangles or some circles innit to make it less shit huh?

Super easy but obviously it depends on how large your vocabulary is. Plenty of native english speaking idiots would have trouble with it I'm sure.

get asian language pack for your os

WTF

Most of those words have latin/french roots so it's pretty easy to infer the meaning.

It's very easy just read more books.

Well this is certainly something you would see on a highschool students Vocabulary test sure. But it's not how people speak day to day

for example number 6. (He advised her to wear something more ....). We would probably say less slutty.

"Janet wtf is that!? You ain't leaving the house dressed as a god damn whore I'll tell ya that! Go put on something less slutty!!! I blame your mother!"
