My "perfect" coutry just decided to jail/fine everyone who has weed (1g is enough)
So it got hard to get some...
On the other hand USO 31 standard textile weed is legal.
My question is - is it possible to get high from it?
I like to do tinctures from it and use it as sleep aid.
Would it be possible to use more USO 31 plant to get some THC concentration in the Tincture?
