It's clear Draven would get the first hit because of his high speed. In the case that Fuzzle still bounces back then they both lose. In the case that he doesn't, then Draven wins.

actually since the bounceback plus fuzzles attacks do 1 dmg through his defense then the lowest Draven can get is 25% since he only has 4 hp, he's fucked no matter what

Ok, lets introduce a new concept. Magic Types. Fuzzle has a Defense Magic Type, meaning his mana will go towards shields

then fuzzles wins fo sure. Draven simply doesn't have the burst. Even without very much damage i think fuzzles would get pretty low on hp but still win the fight.
