Don't be that faggot who trys to learn his first "hard" solo within your first year, it'll sound shit and sloppy and those people tend to be so oblivious to their bad playing, just keep it simple, learn open chords, power chords, barre chords and practice pentatonics, in the words of Kieth Richard "you got to build the rocket before you go to space".
