Like 2 english players per team

EPL is overrated. Too much money masking a lack in quality.

>Germany and France
>have good league

Chuckled.

Germany have a few good teams in their league, Borrusia and one CL favorite. We don't have any of that.

That's one of the biggest mistakes you always make. To underestimate the Bundesliga.

Ligue1 is really shit though.

EPL teams have winning records against Bundesmeme teams.

>Italy - have shit league& their NT is shit

>England
>have good league

Man city 3 - 1 ueafalona

You spaniards should be happy if Barca even manages to beat boro or Stoke

lel
don't act like barca even had the slightest chance if they'd play stoke
they might be championship midtable material but nothing more

last German CL team win was less long ago than the last English CL team win

There is literally only one good league around, and it's the Spanish one. The rest is either one good team & friends, or a bunch of mediocre teams.

after euro 2000 the german fa decided to radically overhaul the entire german youth system. i think something similar happened in spain around the same time. whereas the english fa (and to some extent the english public) just want the team to revert back to good, old honest british virtues everytime the national team disappoints (which - considering the expectations - is pretty much every international tournament)

You still mad with Barcelona, Zlatan?

Neverkusen beat Tottenham last week

Too many foreigners in their league and not enough of their players go abroad

england football school only promotes pacebabbies because in younger leagues physical players who mature earielr get to dominate other more talented ones.

English clubs get creativity class and tactical intelligence from foreign players with eglish pacebabbies to complete the team, and pacebabbies can even look good there.
Then you get the english NT made entirely of pacebabies with no real talent or tactical intelligence.

literally a year difference kys

but in our favour and the other Anglofag said that EPlel teams are better
kys you

Honestly? There is no one reason, a lack of youth coaches, isolationist approach to developments in tactics and sports science, results focused approach at youth levels leading to physically developed players being favoured over technically talented ones, a culture that encourages players to blindly follow instructions and make no decisions for themselves, an unwillingness on players parts to be versatile and play in multiple positions. Etc etc etc. Goes back to the fifties and whilst strides have been made in the last 4 or 5 years we are still ages away.

>Germany, Spain and France
>have good league
>Spain and France
>great National Team

Germany: good youth coaches
Spain: good youth coaches and a common footballing style
France: good youth coaches a footballing academy
England shit youth coaches, a win at any cost attitude at youth level meaning kids don't learn a set style, no technique coaching because hoofball is effective with kids

Better question is Holland - good youth coaches, shared footballing ideals, never won a fucking thing ..fucking how?

>France - have good league

Their player pool is too small, they just don't have enough inhabitants to choose from.

Given that fact, their past semi-successes cannot be praised enough. They really have (or had, as it seems) a great football culture.

I don't really accept that as a reason, they have a small talent pool but they have sent some ridiculously talented teams to tournaments. They have underachieved way more than England ever has IMO, they just get away with it because half the world couldn't show you Holland on a map.

> Spanish league
> good

It's a terrible league with a few outstanding teams. From the 6th best team to the last it's Croatia tier.

t. supporter of a small team

everyones shit which makes it fun to watch though
people are idiots if they think the epl is the best quality wise, its just entertainment wise

>France - have good league
By what metric?

Good question.
All our good players play abroad or in PSG.

>Germany have a good league
>Spain NT is great

refreshing to see a spanish poster admit this

good meaning good in good vs teams from other leagues
EPL was not better in the last few years

noone asked you shit, don't quote me ever again

>noone asked you shit, don't quote me ever again

Better than 99% camarade.

Even the dutch league have produced a legit CL winner

>france
>good league
nigga nottingham forrest has more europacup 1's than the entire nation of france combined

English team full of English players were dominating Europe in the 70's early 80's, and yet their NT had even worse result back then than nowadays, even not qualifying for several consecutive tournaments.

It runs deeper than that.

>england good league
>all their best players annually leave for better leagues or stay because they get overpaid

Basically this

And headless chicken midfielders

>France
>good league
>Spain
>great NT
>epl
>good

>an unwillingness on players parts to be versatile and play in multiple positions

Was a good post until this. This is one of the main reasons English teams and the NT are failing. Players are expected to be jack of all trades, master of all of them. Which results in them being shit. People have LITERALLY said that Rooney should play DM.

Look at, say, Vardy. He's played on the wing and forward and around no.10. Sure he hasn't stayed in those forever, but he's expected to do it.

It's a reason why Arsenal don't win shit. Top clubs value versatility. There is no pure striker for Arsenal. United have one in Ibra but he's old. City have one in Aguero (yes he can player deeper but he doesn't). Chelsea have Costa. Liverpool have Sturridge.

But Liverpool also have lots of versatile players doing their jobs. Milner is LB for fuck sake.

NT does the same. They never pick 3 formations and practice them. They don't stick with a tactic and if it's not working, change it up. Southgate tonight waited till the 75min to bring on Vardy. Rooney played the entire match I think. Why wasn't he replaced with Walcott/Townsend for pacebabby exploitation? They literally had a makeshift rightback, but this isn't exploited.

Why?

If you actually watched the Croatian league (or other leagues with a similar coefficient), you'd realise that the standard of play is laughable, especially as you go down the table. The top teams can be quite decent (in Croatia's case that would be Rijeka or Dinamo), but some of the bottom teams border on slapstick comedy.

I'd argue that the likes of Getafe could easily dominate any of those leagues.
