This guy is one of the most unpredictable types of scum there is. He tried some unorthodox suicide method, and after failing that, he went to kill a 9yo kid for "jail time"? Clearly he has no idea what he really wants and is improvising his every move. I doubt that he'll try to kill himself again after he experienced murder. How do you predict crazy? He's targeting people at random and might even be aware of some police MO. He ditched his phone or used a burner, he's probably not carrying any kind of electronics and avoiding public transportation.
