Does anybody still listen?

Does anybody still listen?

I used to be a daily listener, but when he went to Satellite he kind of got boring. He could finally say anything he wanted, and it turned out he didn't really have anything to say.

I never miss a minute, I love it. I never was able to listen before I got a car with Sirius in 2009 so I'm not as familiar with the old shows. But I was a fan just from news about him, the show on E!, and his awesome movie. HIT EM WITH THE HEEEEEEIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got hyped years ago when he came into my market before his satellite gig.

I thought he was a lot like Sup Forums - hit or miss, too heavy on the porn side.

>he didn't really have anything to say
You're just noticing this?

I don't listen to Jews.

Hit em with the heiiinnnnnn!

Miss Anthony and lil jimmy norton. Opie sucks on so many different levels.

No. As I said, I noticed it when he went to satellite 2006.

I just happened to think of him today and wondered whatever happened to him.

Shock value only impresses children. The people that listen to Stern are the same people making rekt threads and thinking they're going to offend someone.

I always respected the guy and loved some of the interviews he used to get. He was pretty forward with his guests and it made things entertaining. I never really cared for his humor. I respect his work though, he really set the standard for morning drive radio.

F Jackie.

Only thing I listen to on Sirius is him

He charges $6 for his station , on top of the sirius subscription. kikery like that almost makes me want to cancel sirius all together

Howard is meh, but I think the reason I still listen is for his crew. Like Ronnie cracks me up so fucking much. Richard makes me laugh a lot too. But if you're strictly listening for Howard, it's kind of bland because all he does is complain about useless shit like how the air conditioning in his $40 million-dollar mansion is out for 6 hours.

Maybe so but he somehow manages to create an informal atmosphere, despite Greggshells, that result in really good interviews. Almost as good as Ronnie B.

His best days are long behind him. He just stumbled upon a formula to get listeners to his show: Lesbians = Ratings. And that was before the internet in the mid 90's.

He and his arch nemesis Mancow Muller are both has beens. The internet has brought us much funnier/edgier people now via podcasts. There will never be another age of 'shock jocks' on the radio again. The listening landscape has changed.

Yes, I also listen to Jay Thomas on Comedy greats channel

I was just watching his older danny carver game shows lol

Not regularly since he left terrestrial radio but when I get a chance (usually if I go somewhere with my dad because he's got Sirius) I do. And I generally enjoy what he makes now but I don't know if I could be a daily listener again.

I've tried but it always seems to be Robin giggling on about something and it drives me nuts. It's clear she's there to try and punch it up because he's old and boring.

About the only thing worse is Jason Ellis. So extreeeme. Bleh.

SAME HERE. Did not follow him to Sat. He has gotten boring

serio. all he does is bitch about himself. like give me a mansion fo real yo then i can bitch too

My favorite radio station went from rock the Stern without warning.
Changed the station and never had to hear him again.
So no. I don't still listen

I think he wants to change his legacy. His interviews with celebrities have become quite good, but it kinda diminishes his former persona. I canceled my account because sirius was selling my information.

I know they were selling my info because I got my dad a subscription and they call me about his car all the time trying to sell a warranty on it.

git fukt

There's only one good radio show, and that's Gregg and Tony.

Basically this.

This.

>I miss the Greaseman.
