I started losing it and had to switch it up. To get the high back less is more. Most days I take 2mg or less to hold me but not get high. Sometimes I'll chip it and skip days if I can stand it. Then a couple times a week I'll rail 4-8mg and get a good buzz again

Ketamine is one of the few drugs I've done that was absolutely terrible for me every time I tried it. It's too disorienting and uncomfortable to me. Other people really love it. It just affected me badly.

I've been off alcohol for 5 years, but it took me 2 years to quit and a whole lot of nightmares in those 2 years and the 10 before it.
