why is my egg veiny, Sup Forums?

Are you sure it's not a testicle???

quite sure, yes. it's also leaking, prob it broke

looks like clay, crack it open.

here. quite disappointing

Not enough grit in the hen's diet, leaving her slightly calcium deficient.

that's odd, i eat a lot of eggs and have never seen that.

Its got cancer.

Eggs can get deformed if the chicken wasn't 100% perfect on nutrition. Mostly bulges, but I've seen shit like this too occasionally.

Source: Raised chickens w/ my parents every year till I moved out.

That's weird, I had one just like that this week, I am in Australia...

because the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell.

...

well yeah but how does it relate to the veiny egg?

that's where the egg gets its powers.

*Each cell of the developing embryo inside the egg...gets its powers

ur just butthurt because you'll never be as powerful as an egg

Why would you want to be an egg when you can be a rock

eggs have powers

...

i dont know why it happens but i have like 20 chickens and this happens every now and again

once in a while an egg will have a realy thin or even soft leather like outside
>lack of calcium
fix that shit by feeding them crushed up oysters and other egg shells

Sounds right. I'm sure it's ok to eat

Yes, it's fine to eat. It only affects the shell.

But shell is meant to protect the inside content of the egg...what if it's all fucked up?

I need healing

The shell is built up in layers around the egg as it moves through the chicken. This chicken didn't have enough calcium in it's diet to properly complete one of the layers, and as it dried and hardened it allowed the pattern of what was underneath to show through. The egg is normal.

Have you ever tried to crush up an oyster before?

He lifts, do you?

ya buy bags of it same place ya get feed

Omfg you are all dumb it's fucking calcium deposits it's essential more shell just thicker in those spots

it has bad blood.

Source: I used to raise chickens for Tyson had 6 houses with about 20k in each.

Hated that shit. They stunk so bad. The ammonia created from their feces and urine would burn your fucking eyes when you walked in

Good money though. Lots of overhead though. The gas bill was about 16k a month and the electric was a few k depending on season
