It's not a matter of race, it's a matter of CLASS; the only reason race is dragged into it is because the two things correlate across the board.

It's not a matter of who raises whose children better, it's a matter of who has the resources and the opportunity to raise their children better. The problem you have seems to be a knee-jerk reaction where you think someone is pointing a finger at you, or any white person, and saying that YOU are to blame. In reality, it's a simple matter of creating an environment in predominantly poor, black neighborhoods where children growing up can be educated to think critically and make informed decisions -- to decrease the rate of single mothers and stop the cyclical poverty that cripples the black community
This isn't just exclusive to the US, it's a problem with any demographic of people, anywhere in the world where there is a trend of poverty and dissolution. Education > More informed choices > More responsible raising of kids > More productivity and less senseless violence in black communities > and, with any luck, more black kids going to college, into the trades, living admirable lives, etc.
