You don't need exercise. Just literally eat less. If you limit yourself to 1200 calories a day, you will lose weight. If you're too lazy to count, you don't deserve to be in shape.

Buy a massive bag of whey protein, and make shakes instead of meals.

Protein is digested in the stomach instead of the colon, so it makes you feel fuller for longer. High protein content is the secret behind all specialist diet foods/shakes/soups

eat more meat, cheese, nuts, milk, beans, oats.

Avoid sugars

And try making italian dishes without the pasta, or curries without rice. Cutting out the carbs from your meal makes a lot of difference

OP. Buy smaller plates. A lot of it is mostly mental. Also just permanently carry around a water bottle so you drink water first then eat. Also like the other user said walk. Half an hour minimum.

I went down from 130kgs to 90. It is just about retraining that fat hole of yours.

As someone who lost near 100 lbs since August last year, I can tell you food alone won't cut it, at all. I was unemployed, so that helped, but what got me there in terms of food was: eating grilled chicken/turkey with lots of salad (no dressings) lunch and dinner, eat fruit in between meals, drop bread, breakfast cereals, candy and any other shit you know won't help. Coke zero once a day.

When I wasn't eating (or shitting/pissing/bathing), I was doing one of two things: walking or sleeping. I also didn't fap for 4 months, but in hindsight that was an unnecessary and unproductive strain on my self-control.

The weight loss all boiled down to me walking my weight off while not putting on any additional weight. I started off with like a 3 or 4 mile loop that brought me back to my house, and then I started adding an extra turn here and there. It's been 7 months and I'm now comfortably walking upwards of 25 miles per day. Only downside is I destroy footwear at a pace i cannot afford.
