oh fuck me sorry
From a lyrical and musical perspective it has to be How Soon Is Now, annoyingly considering musically it doesn't even sound like a song by The Smiths sound at all. Morrissey lyrics are classically him though
Irish Blood English Heart
FIFTEEN MINUTES WITH YOU
WELL, I WOULDN'T SAAAAY NOOOO
I love the Smiths but "Reel Around the Fountain" gets me every time.
Also
>that teenage feel when I know that I'm gonna marry that dude who ends up cuddling with me while singing "There Is a Light That Never Goes Out" to my ear
That fuckin piano, bro
Once you get hooked on The Smiths does it ever die out. I haven't been able to stop since started listing a year ago
It won't die out. You'll probably stop listening to them for months until you remember that they exist and you'll start binge listening to them for a couple of days.
I remember hearing Still Ill for the first time on radio and immediately buying their whole discography. I don't know but their music is certainly special. Marr is a genius composer.
I love Marr's writing and with out sounding like a fedora, i feel like Mozza's lyrics speak to me on a intellectual and personal level.
OHH PEOPLE SEE NO WORTH IN YOU
OH BUT I DO
Damn that's one hell of a memorable song. I'm going to listen to that now.
