Wtf this isn't music

wtf this isn't music

I tried to tell em.

I guess I get the appeal though. I listen to lowercase.

Listen to With Memorial Gadgets it's better

it's an abstract rythm

no u

>I don't get therefore it's not music

Harsh noise has been around before you were born kid. But admittedly Pulse Demon is one of the most overrated noise records.

>Harsh noise has been around before you were born kid.

it actually hasn't unless the dude is like 17 years old
harsh noise is a relatively recent development in post-industrial/noise music
it didn't really become a "thing" until the early and mid 90s

It's post music , merzbow himself has said it's not music . On that topic, I just fingished listening to masonna- spectrum ripper . My god

>tfw Metal Machine Music was released 17 years ago
time goes fast wtf

there's a difference between noise music and harsh noise, you bad boy

topkek
I bet you think Lou Reed invented noise as well.

>he thinks noise and harsh noise are the same thing
Oh god you're adorable.

>overrated
We're talking about harsh noise here

Pulse Demon isn't really that good. 1930, Door Open at 8am, Dharma, Venereology, and Green Wheels are in my opinion all better to name a few, but I obviously haven't listened to his entire discography.

since this is /noise/ could anyone point me some albums for me to get into the genre? Something accessible. I like glitch, ambient kinda stuff.

Yellow Swans - Going Places is great to start with

Good. Fuck music.

I really appreciate your rec, user.

Ramleh - Hole In The Heart

>Metal Machine Music invented harsh noise
Are you actually autistic? First song that I could genuinely call harsh noise is one of the Collections by Merzbow and some Incapacitants albums from the early 80s.

the only way i can listen to noise is if it has lyrics like CLPPNG, but merzbow isnt that good and would give me a headache

pls dont bully me im retarded

I remember dweebs in these threads were losing their minds over Kazumoto Endo's "While You Were Out".
I remember a lot of "entry level garbage" comments, so try that.

>listening to Instruments Disorder for the first time

>CLPPNG
>noise
holy shit don't even try to talk about something you're clueless about

...

>it gives me a headache therefore it isn't good
you're just a pussy t b h
