Put out a few days ago. First complete work I've really released, whether in a solo project or in any of the bands I've been in. Next release is probably going to have vocals closer to the front of the mix and more of a DSBM influence, but we'll see.

Dungeon synth and ambient are cool and all, and I love twin peaks, but you really have to do something to distinguish your music. Like, this isn't necessarily "bad." It just feels uninspired. There isn't any one thing it's good at.

Like, you've released 5 albums with 35 tracks over the span of what, less than 4 months? You've got some decent ideas in there for sure, like Moving On really hooked me, but I feel like you'd be way better off just keeping 6-8 of the 35 songs you have and releasing that instead. Too many musicians on here favor quantity over quality and it's boring as hell to sift through. Might seem harsh, but really, just try sitting on ideas, taking your best work, and compiling all your best ideas to make something special.

lyrical spiritual miracle individual

Fuuuuuck, your production on Children of the Sun is insane. The transition near the start (~30 sec) and the part that kicks in at 2:22 are my favorites, but it just closes super strong in general. One of the best songs in that style I've heard here.

the beat on Episode 3 is cool, but the overall theme feels kinda gimmicky. otherwise, pretty solid if a little derivative of stuff like Deltron 3030 and Digable Planets

really like those synths when the beat kicks in, the 808 drum sound you have going is great, nothing really bad to say about this. keep up the good work, vocals would really work well with this

will check people out in a sec

that remix is top notch

you keep getting better and better, hurry up and release a mixtape

need some better beats and the clipping at the end doesn't really sound too appealing

the synths on shell shock kinda remind me of eprom, good stuff

what the guy said about compiling your best tracks is a good idea. I'm downloading this and will listen to it while playing poe, because that's what it sounds like to me, background music for games like roguelikes and dungeon crawlers and such. it's good atmosphere, but you should try to put more inspiration in this

not sure why this is "alternative rap" but this is good, will keep this bookmarked so I can listen to the whole thing. didn't like the intro though :(

pretty sure I've mentioned this before but this is too short, the bassy section was really good, do more music like that

woah finally something that's not cloudy soundcloud rap! really liking the vibes here, the reverb on the vocals fits really well. keep practicing on your delivery though, some sections sounded kinda out of tune. followed!

this is some of the worst music i've ever heard
and a surprisingly terrible music video
good job

great stuff, downloaded

not sure how vocals would work on this. work on the mixing, I like the composition but the mixing makes a lot of the stuff sound really muddy. good start tho !

kinda edgy, I get what you were going for but I don't think it's gritty enough and the vocals come off sounding like you're trying a tad too hard. production is good, make something a bit harsher next time

comfy as fuck

leaving the body map is solid, and you have really good production overall. keep it up, hope you find a rapper to work with you soon bub

sounds like some newgrounds techno, work on sound design

really great stuff, days of gold is fantastic. wanna do a split ep? hit me up on bandcamp

good vibes

good as fuck, I'll toss some cash your way when I get paid. vocals are quirky and wonderful

drums are good, love the sampling

that watery synth is really interesting, work on mixing though

I believe I still need to send you money, I'm really sorry man. I was in a rough spot and desperately needed some money. for what it's worth, you helped me get a very good job that changed my life around and I want to pay you back. I know you only had one contribution and that contribution is gone, but it was still wonderful and I was having an absolute blast working with your material. Recognized Dubrovnik within the first few seconds of the video. Nice! I think the vocal melody in that song has a "christian church song" type melody, which makes it very eerie, it's something I want to do in my music too.

All the sounds you pick in your songs go well with the rest, even the wierd ones. I liked slosual best. You play guitar and make beats and are 19? We're a lot alike then. Keep it up dude.

yea but he's famous see
This feels like such a throwback to 2012. Idk what else to say about it, really. If you're going to make a genre that's based on using interesting samples you should really try and use more interesting samples. Use all the freedom you have.

Heavily buried vocals in the mix actually work really well for this, though the drums do seem a lil bit muffled.

>definitely love the strings used in this
Fun fact - It's actually saxophone + sustained piano duet. When the piano plays very sustained parts delay+reverb makes them quite string-like. Thanks for listening!

Thank ya. Unfortunately I didn't get into your stuff as much, but I feel like that's more a matter of preference when it comes to noise. I like more active noise music as opposed to the ambient stuff, someone more into it would probably dig it.

Unfortunately, this felt more like a lot of stuff just thrown together than anything truly "experimental." Having discord in your style of music is pretty common for sure, but stuff not being in the same key, being off beat, and not fitting together in general is...eh. Having one or two of those things and being conscientious about how it fits together works, but doing it all haphazardly just makes for bad sounding music.

im already following you because of a music thread you were in like 2 weeks ago.
good stuff man

not sure how to help
i like singing better than rapping in general so i would want more singing and less rapping, but i'm obviously in the minority on that one judging by the top 40 of the past 30 years.

the 3 parts dont go together at all
i know that's the point you're trying to make
you think you're being clever but you're not

you need more chord changes its too repetitive
you need vocals or rapping too, its boring without
get rid of those long pointless intros, no one can stay interested long enough for the song to start

a black lodge dream is really boring, i hope your not finished with that, theres no song there yet.
bardo dance has potential, needs a top line,

I dont really get what youre trying to do with these tracks, theyre just long pads and background noise
I guess they could work as soundtrack shit for vidya games.
You need collaborators

disparity is smooth
Ozone, cut those instrumental parts in half, and get to the rapping much sooner. Aint no body got time for those long ass boring breaks
Portrait of my life needs a bridge and chours but its smooth dont stop working on it

this could be really good if you didnt settle on those off key guitar and vocal parts.
keep it up man it needs a chorus and bridge in different keys to keep it interesting.
but good vibe.
Also accentuate your vox and guitars more than the drums when mixing, because those are the main attraction in your music. Everyone's heard drum machines and perc. loops a million times before, but your voice and guitar is YOU baby.

yeah its cool
you need a Bjork type chick to colab with

too weird for me
makes me want to smoke meth and kill loved ones

i'd love some sweet vocals on top
