Well for starters all factions play differently depending on what TW you are playing, but all have one tactic that work for anyone no matter what.
It is called the hammer and anvil. You may have done this before many times it consists of infantry holding off the enemy force while your cav slams the enemy in the ass.

This guy and the channels he is associated with are all good TW plays i would say. Just watch their gameplay and see how they play and try to form your own strats.
