Ate you saving up for next year Sup Forums?

Ate you saving up for next year Sup Forums?

I'll probably see Wonder Woman, Rogue One, and KONG in theaters. The rest i'm not really interested in. Maybe i'll pick them up on redbox.

I will pirate all of them in 360p apart from maybe kong which I will see in the cinema

Definitely

the tip alone on all those movies will cost a fortune

My mum will only take me to the cinema once a year as a birthday treat so I'm not really sure which one to pick

>not standing by the side exit and walking in while people open the door to leave

lmao nobody even cares, the employees are all 16 year old stoners

I'll see Kong because i'm desperate for Kaijukino

For SW VIII only.

>saving up
>for movie tickets

Did you just come here from Syria or something?

>redbox

Are you a nigger?

i would maybe watch guardians in the theatre.

the others ones ill just pirate to shitpost on Sup Forums

Tell me about it. I earn $0.45/hr as a film consultant and I'm going to have to take my wife, her son and her friends to the movies to see all these movies at least 2-3 times each. If you factor in concession food, shower rental (might just have to pony up the extra $100 fee for passes), and tips I'm going broke!

Kong, Rogue One and Guardians, I'll see

I'm seeing Star Wars, the rest can fuck off.

Save up to kill yourself.

I only go to amc matinees, all of those would cost me around $50.

That's episode 8, Rogue One is this year.

oh good they are rebooting spiderman

Kong, Justice League and Ragnarok. Maybe Guardians too but not sure.

>I'm only going to see one or two
Wow is America in a depression? How do you NEETs not have the money to see 9 movies over the course of a year?

>I'm only interested in X
Poorfag cognitive dissonance, so tasty.

...

>Wolverine
Could be decent. Jackman owns the character and an R rating might make for some more creative flexibility than before. Other x-men movies have been alright

>Kong
Seems retarded. I would only be interested if they show more bug scenes like in Peter Jackson's version. How the hell does a big ape even survive against modern military? How does a giant skull island go undetected?

>Lego Batman
The lego movie actually was fun and colorful. Doubt I'll see this. The schtick was good because it was novel. This is another hollywood mistake of making a side character into the protagonist (see Pirates 3 and 4)

>Thor
Probably making thor into the ultimate quip movie since they can't make him work as a serious hero. If they actually make it Hulk heavy and have some planet hulk / underworld stuff it could be good.

>WW
Eh. I don't like speed ramping, snyder, or another WW1 superhero movie. Plus gadot and Pine aren't good actors. The one shot of amazons charging the beach looks neat though.

>JUST league
Not based on what I've seen. I'm tired of capeshit anyways.

>GoG
Based Kurt Russel is in it, but I'd only be interested if they had a really good story.

>Starwars 8.
Obligatory to see if its a train wreck. That or listen for reviews. I aint paying to see another New Hope.

>Spiderman
Idgaf. At least the casting is young and it has michael keaton. Worth seeing when its out of theatres

A movie ticket is $10 at the most, even if you take one other person and pay for them, that's $180. I could afford to see all of them in the same week and still not be broke. Kill yourself.

Why would I save up for $8 movie tickets when I have a job.

My predictions:

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 > Lego Batman > Star Wars Episode VIII > Thor Ragnarok > Wonder Woman > Spider-Man Homecoming > Justice League > Kong: Skull Island > Wolverine

It's not so much the money but the time spent. I don't care much to waste my time on movies that I have no interest in seeing in the first place. Capeshit isn't everything, there are plenty of other movies (better ones) that are coming out too which would make better use of anyone's time, y'know.

>paying for movies
Lol

I'll probably see GotG 2, Spiderman, and Kong

Star Wars for sure.

Lego Batman if my gf wants to see it

Justice League, WW, Wolvernine, and Thor Ragnarok just sound uninteresting.

movie tickets are like 5 eurobucks

who goes broke going to the movies

Are you going with critics reviews or with how good they'll actually be?

Because Kong I think will surprise everyone and end up being decent.

I can't see any hope for Justice League or Wonder Woman though, they both look like shit.

Thor has always been bland, but they sound like they are embracing more of the wackiness of the character with a Hulk duo so it could end up good.

Wolverine will likely be a trainwreck though, he doesn't have enough material anymore to cover an actual full length movie.

Who's directing Wolverine? I've wanted a good Wolverine film for awhile, but I know nothing about its production.

Also I think Marvel will go all out for Spider-Man, they have really wanted the character back (even if he's sort of on loan) for a very long time.

>I'm tired of capeshit anyways
>Is going to watch Thor, Spiderman, and GOTG2

What is being a marvel shill for $1Billion

>All that cg shit

no because im not a brainwashed americuck.
Yes im born and raised in Chicago, but im not a manchild.
I dont watch superhero movies.
TDK was the last action movie i saw.

...

They need to quit making Wolverine movies. I walked out of the last one.

God I hate capeshit so much I want to kill everyone watching it and making it

>TDK was the last action movie i saw.

You need to watch more action movies.

But yeah abort all capefags.

well if you depend on your mom you should stick to lego batman

GotG barely fit into capeshit, it was basically just a sci-fi adventure film set in the marvel universe. Hell there wasn't really even a single connection to that universe if I remember right.

Although they'll probably ruin it in GotG 2.

Spiderman is finally back with Marvel so I've gotta see if its true that they can make a good film.

The rest of the capeshit I don't care about at all.

I'm going by how much I'll probably enjoy them.
Always been a James Gunn fan, liked the Lego movie and laughed at the Lego Batman trailer, Star Wars will probably be solid and I like Rian Johnson, Thor could be a surprise and it's being directed by the guy who did What We Do In The Shadows.
Wonder Woman might be alright, is probably modeling itself after Captain America: First Avenger.
Spider-Man Homecoming is torn between a capable studio and the fuckers that gave us Pixel and Girlbusters, so wo knows.
I'm done giving Snyder more chances, Kong just looks like something that's on the wrong track by enlarging him to Godzilla sizes, and Wolverine will probably be as forgettable as the last film, only with more blood.

Im gonna see them all.

but the only thing there that I would even consider paying for is GotG2

>90 bucks bare minimum with no refreshments
>going broke next year
>not having a job where you make that in at least work day

Why do 14 year olds always have their memes get popular

>only watching Star Wars to get the memes with Sup Forums
>Lego Batman is the only other genuinely interesting movie

>$90 minimum
Matinée pricing is like $5 a ticket

Wolverine, Thor, and Lego right now

WW, JL, Guardians, and Rogue are definitely no go's.

The rest are potential shitbombs until I see more

JUSTice league will probably have as many memes as Star Wars.

Also I'm sure GotG 2 will be at least as good as the original, provided you enjoyed that.

The rest does look bland though.

I'll see Kong and take my boy to Lego Batman. The rest are garbage. Spider-Man in particular sounds terrible from what I've read

>Another X-men movie
No thanks
>Another Kong remake
Not at all
>Lego Batman
I'm not 7
>Thor 3
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me
>Wonder Woman
Shit actress with Snyder's writing no thanks
>Justice League
Don't care
>Guardians 2
I thought the 1st one was really bad. I don't know why it has 91% on rt
>Star Wars
Maybe
>Spiderman
Maybe

>Yes
JL, GotG2, SW8

>Maybe
Wolverine, WW, Thor

>No
Kong, Lego shit

>Fuck No
Spiderman

I want to fuck that wallet.

I rarely watch bloclbuster movies. Big studio movies are the cancer killing cinema

Spider-man will probably be fine. Tom Holland is a great fit for the role and they're going with the Vulture as a villain with Michael Keaton in that. So at least the 2 most interesting characters will be well portrayed. Besides Marvel has been begging for Spider-man back for ages, so they should hopefully not shit the bed.

...

That Lego Batman movie looks really terrible.

Tom and Michael keaton I'm fine with. It's everything else I'm worried about. I was reading the description of Peters highschool life and Sum 41 started blasting in my head. I'm also not sure about the casting for Flash. I dont care about him being Indian but Indian and a manlet?

fuck off sl-lill

2017
>The Mummy
>Thor: Ragnarok
>Wolverine Sequel
>Kong: Skull Island
>Fast 8
>GotG Vol. 2
>PotC: Dead Men Tell No Tales
>Wonder Woman
>Spider-Man Homecoming
>Dunkirk
>Alien: Convenant
>Justice League
>Star Wars VIII

>wonder woman
>rogue one
>Kong
shit taste confirmed

>Star Wars
>Lego Batman

That's it out of your list.
The rest is blockbuster/capeshit that isn't worth my time.

not a single one of those on that list will i see in theater
i already saw what i wanted to see, star trek, and bourne, and im good for a long time

The only movie of those Im going to pay money for is "Kong".

The rest is your typical capeshit/nerdporn quip garbage.

If you want to see any of these movies then you are what's wrong with Sup Forums.

Definitely seeing Wonder Woman, Justice League, And Spider-man. The rest too except batman, kong and star wars.

>Dolla Ridious
What did he mean by this?

It's the last Hugh Jackman movie. Expect nostalgia viewers.

>literally $50 at the most to see those films in theatre
>being poor enough to think you'll go broke

I haven't gone to the theaters since Star Wars in December

Wow, look how superior I am.

Ya, I don't get it? Spending ~ $100 over the course of six months breaks people?

>If you want to see any of these movies then you are what's wrong with Sup Forums.
whats wrong with your grammar?

Why would I save up to see movies? How much are you guys getting paid??

>>Guardians 2
>I thought the 1st one was really bad. I don't know why it has 91% on rt
because it was funny and inoffensive

>Big studio movies are the cancer killing cinema

I'll maybe see most, but it depends on what's playing at the same time. I'm a movie fag, I'd go once a week if I could.

Subtle bait.

dumb weeaboo

Only virgins are waiting to see that shitfest.

>>The Mummy
Yes, the Cruise train never stops.

>>Thor: Ragnarok
Yes, Thor/Hulk adventures

>>Wolverine Sequel
I'll wait until they announce who's playing X-23

>>Kong: Skull Island
Skeptical, will wait to see some island creatures.

>>Fast 8
Fuck no, unnecessary.

>>GotG Vol. 2
Maybe.

>>PotC: Dead Men Tell No Tales
No thanks.

>>Wonder Woman
Lolno skinny Jew rat.

>>Spider-Man Homecoming
Sony joint, shit villain.

>>Dunkirk
Kino of the year, can't miss.

>>Alien: Convenant
No, Scott lost his marbles.

>>Justice League
Not likely.

>>Star Wars VIII
A fucking tree.

Kong is the only one I actually want to see. Wolverine and batman might be ok. Rest don't matter at all especially spiderman. Will actively avoid that

meanwhile chads go watch indie flicks?

gotg 2 and maybe lego batman are the only ones i'm interested in

>going broke over $150

Get a job you neet

Yeah I'm saving up, but I'm saving up for food.

Because I literally can't afford food right now.

Send help.

That's what you get for voting Socialist Venezuela.
