I am having my 22nd birthday Today. An another year of being a fat looser without any friends and a father who pretends to be a good guy, while he left when I was 9. 22years old, no girfriend so far, yet there was a girl who did like me for some reason, but I couldn't really feel the same, didn't want to be a jerk, who'd just use her for some sex. I think she's hanging out with some other dude right now. Lost 2 times a chance with my crush, mostly because I am fat, have zero self-esteem, and can't discipline myself to get shit done.
Currently I am studying IT at a private academy, but I always fail some subject, so basically I am third time on the first year (changed the academy after the first fail). I used to be a good pupil as a kid, but every next stage of education was getting worse and worse. I had a cliche dream about creating computer games as a small independent company. I did this shit a lot as an always-nonsocial kid, designing some board games, but honestly, now I do feel like I won't suceed at all. For a while I was thinking about becoming a whitehat, but I guess I am too gutless and dumb for this.
I do not feel like my life is worth much. Basically I am living for 3 beings who are my mother and two dogs. I don't really know what to do, I feel horrible after failing at so much, neither what to think.

Seriously, start exercising. Like, everyone says that, but you don't realize just how much it helps and changes until you actually do it consistently. I can actually guarantee you that the way you view yourself and your goals in life WILL change if you exercise.

You know, studying is hard. It's hard for me as well. But that shouldn't let you down. If you fail exams, repeat them. As often as you have to. It's worth it.
As for the other problems, these are tough ones which I have to deal with as well. What really helped me is my brother. I work out with him and that keeps me motivated. I can't cancel workouts because of this and this is how I fight my fatty fat fats. Look for someone, your brother or a good friend, and start working out.
You don't have to be a bodybuilder eating protein all day. Just activate some muscle and see how actual weight feels like.
Also, stop jerking off so much. Quit watching porn entirely.
If there are sunny days, just take yourself 60-120min and lie right in the sun. Take off your shirt, listen to some music or podcast. You will feel better afterwards.

All in all, these are my advices and tips on how to get motivation for losing weight, gaining self-esteem and begin to sit your ass down and study. You can do it. If you can sit around playing vidya 8 hours a day, you can study instead of it for the same period.

Also two things:

your job doesn't have to be something with computer and working out doesn't have to be a chore, just do some exercise whenever you feel a little bored.

Maybe you just haven't tried the right things yet. There are a lot people that really need help. Just help them and you will become very important to them.

If you got nothing else to lose, pack up and explore the country for a bit. If you don't have the funds for that, it's fairly easy to stay fairly local and feel like you're getting out there. Enjoy nature, be out there. The lack of activity in your life is probably 75% of the problem.

Very simple. 1) Stop drinking sodas! Exception being if ordered by your doctor in taking a med. 2) Get out and get more active. The gym may not be right for you, but you have many options so get off your @$$! 3) Study each and every subject you take! I was over twice your age when I went to college and stayed on the honor roll throughout. You CAN do it.
