Go to a specialist. My friend had the same issue and he's almost all cleared up now. His mother treated it as nothing for a long time but once he moved in with his dad they went straight to a specialist. He's got minor scarring because they waited too long.

I had very bad prepubescent acne on my face, back, and shoulders. Shit runs in the family. I got on accutane in 7th grade. I had to take the shit for 18 months, the side effects can be gnar if you don't proactively keep them in check, but come first day of high school I was acne free. I haven't had more than a stray zit every once in a while and it's been almost 13 years

Ok if its oily try a face wash. The one that I think works is Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Face Wash. Also use something like Clearasil Daily Clear Acne Face Pore Cleansing Pads, Hydra-Blast Oil-Free Facial Pads. They both together can help a bit. The best bet for fully clear skin is a doctor but if you use both those 3 times a day for 2 weeks everyday you will see improvement.

acne will take some time to go away. you may do this for 2-3 weeks and see no difference.
do this for 1-2 months straight.

I live in uk. From year 8-13 i had disgusting acne and had no confidence. I went to a doctor and he prescribed me some cream which worked for a bit and then some tablets called roaccutane which cleared me completely (they have nasty side effects)
My advice to you is start drinking a lot of water (1-1.5litre) a day and make an appointment with a doctor to prescribe some stuff for you! Good luck

Soap, then 10% benzoyl peroxide wash, twice daily. Benzoyl peroxide kills the bacteria. Let the cream sit there for a while so it can soak in, then remove it. Don't use exfoliating facewash. The bacteria is the problem, and the medicine will not be impeded by any dead skin flakes. Most of a zit is inflammation of regular tissue, not pus. So, popping a zit does not get rid of most of it. Only pop a zit if it has a prominent head. Then, promptly wash your hands and sterilize the area with alcohol.
By remove it, I mean wash it off with soap. Wash with soap first so that the oils and dirt don't get in the way of the medicine. Then leave 10% benzoyl peroxide cream on the infected area for a few minutes. Then wash it off with soap.
I don't think that the 10% cream requires a prescription, but the stuff on the shelf is usually 5%. They keep the 10% stuff behind the counter as an OTC med.
Salicylic acid face wash also helps, but is not what is usually recommended. It is an older acne cure that also kills the bacteria. They also sell astringent glycerine soap, which does not contain an antibacterial, just an astringent agent. This helps prevent acne, but does not cure it. Use clear, regular salicylic acid face wash (non-exfoliating) as the first soap, then apply benzoyl peroxide cream, then wash off with an astringent bar if you want to use all three of the usual products. That would probably feel nice for you.
