is this the woman from the Gabriel Knight Game?

Look up In Bruges and Trainspotting. They're my two favorite movies ever. The Shining was until I saw these.

...

...

That's Shannon Dorothy. Its a 90's movie..Blindfold acts of obsession. So I don't think so.

Bigus Dickus

You ever…seen a grown man naked? Do you…like movies about gladiators?

He has a wife, you know. You know what she's called? She's called... 'Incontinentia'. 'Incontinentia Buttocks'.

King is still mad that Kubrick's masterpiece is better than his book

''DOMUM''
kek

Saw this movie recently because it was on a list of good movies I'd never seen... I thought it was meh. I'm sure it would have been amazing when it first came out, though

Its a shit movie. Only 12 year olds can like this price of crap.

That movie was shit. Nicolson in that film, was shit.
The book that inspired it! Is shit.

OP, is yet again, a huge faggot.

Word, my nigga

King's book was terrible.
Kubrick's film, was terrible.

But you're right, the film is better than the book.

i love the movie. very subtle horror with a great atmosphere

I just hate the actors.
Nicolson was terrible in it. And the female lead was just kinda... meh. Probably her face that bothered me more than her acting though.

was No Country For Old Men any good? It's on Netflix but i don't want to commit to watching it if it sucks. seems like it is a slow burn

you sound like a hipster faggot just crying about the things everyone else enjoyed in the movie

I have to rewatch that film.... I enjoyed it enough the first run through a few years ago. But I can't help but think I missed a lot.
Not bad though, I'd say give it a go. Decent way to spend a few hours.

I'm not. It's my only legit criticism for the film. Nothing against it really. I just don't like the leads.

Really? Nicholson is the man. I think he's fantastic in it, especially cause i'm pretty sure he's actually insane in real life lol

one of my favorite movies, personally. it is a slow burn and the end isn't what you want it to be though.

zootopia

I like Jack too. But everything about his role in that film just rubs me the wrong way. Like everything he was doing was forced, and not natural.

it's good(depressing) but good.

Recommending Gone Baby Gone.
Great film. Great ending. Freckles Freedman. Nuff said.

Hey, hey! Call me a faggot all you want, but leave The Shining out of it. The best goddamn film from Timbuktu to Portland, Maine. Or Portland, Oregon for that matter.

bored me to fukcing death. didn't understand what the fuck the point of the movie was until i read up on it on the internet later. 3/10 movie.

Whiplash

It is not even on the top 1000 list, friendo.

Chaplin's The Great Dictator. Which isn't even the same genre! Is 1000x better.
If you want another King movie, go for Shawshank Redemption or that film about kids and a corpse.

>as reviewed by an 11 year old

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to try it, simply cause I love The Big Lebowksi and it's made by the same people.

I'd not only put The Shining in my top 1,000 but my top 10! If I may be so bold, sir.

Water World

You may not.
Now please sudoku due to shame.
Afterwards, go watch Sucker Punch.

American Psycho

It was a good show... I guess?

Slow, good content, but I was let down with the ending

...

...

This was a fun film about a man who just liked to fight!

One of the best movies I've seen

Judging from the responses, this movie is definitely a love or hate. I'm excited to see it now

Terrible films. Great story.
Couldn't be bothered to watch the third one. Bored me to tears within the first ten minutes.

How about Godmother starring Amy Schumer?

Last one

this was good? didn't think it would be. i'm more excited for 'Life' with Gyllenhaal and Reynolds. Two sexy boys yum

3rd was the worst one, don't even bother

this was a great movie with Paul 'Babyface' Dano

>I'm sure it would have been amazing when it first came out, though

if you think blade runner being great is about the budget or presentation, you didn't get the movie

but that's okay, the book is a thousand times better anyway

Yeah, best 'superhero' movie I've seen since The Dark Knight

hahah don't expect a movie like the big lebowski

my favorite movie ever. Childs was infected

...

please explain for another user

Also wouldn't call this one god-tier but god damn it's a fun movie

this looks interesting thanks for the recommendation

Hamburger Hill looks more fun than that.
And is actually God-Tier war movie.

Go and try to beat this

That was the weirdest 2 and a half hour boner I ever had

if it's on netflix ill check it out, thanks

...

Caligula was the craziest bastard ever

...

De Niro was a handsome muthafucka back in the day

Me too and that shit was real

And of course

Okay what's so great about it, then?

You know, this gets a lot of acclaim... But I can never bring myself to actually sit through and watch this film.
Just doesn't catch my interest in the least.

Anything Kubrick's done is in my God-Tier. He's the goat

explain what

Saddest movie I've seen in a long time

As a Kubrick stan I understand that feeling. It's actually a very boring movie, but it's visually spectacular and WAY ahead of it's time. That's why it's so acclaimed. But it does grow on you the more you see it, as is the case with all of Kubrick's films, they're almost hypnotic.

Why does this lady have such huge ears.
