if you're that new to anime you prob wont get watamote. it's a parody that pokes fun of the weaboo/otaku lifestyle. start with something bit more entry level instead. don't ask Sup Forums because you'll get hazed for requests. just do some googling on good anime for beginners, depending what genres you're into.
