The Alchemist is a super easy read if you read it in english. One can finish it in a couple hours.

Ready Player One is a great book but shitty movie.

I haven't read forged by battle

seconded

Have you two read the book or just played the game?

The Fifth Angel by Greene, can't remember his first name.

Simon's Necronomicon.

Anything by Michael Crichton, that guy can write a damn good read. I think it was called Timeline, he had me convinced that time travel was possible!

Needful things is good too. Night Shift by King is great, it is 4 shorter stories but average book length. Thinner by King writing under the pen name as Richard Bachman is good too.
