subway is garbage. their chicken is only 50% actual chicken, the rest is soy protein. the grill marks on the meat are painted on. the buns are loaded with corn syrup. veggies are frozen and then thawed. literally nothing is fresh. do yourself a favor and go to your local deli and get a sandwich it will be 100 times better quality. the bread will be real and the meat will be sliced from a actual piece of meat. plus the veggies will be fresh.
