>ah fuck it, you were going down for 60 years anyway

America, everyone. Isn't it fucking GREAT? AWWWW YEAHHHHH!

not gonna read this fuckin book

That's because you have an American education. You can't read books.

makes no sense whatsoever
try harder faggot.

It's simple. American education consists of bombarding you with sounds and images, many of which are barely comprehensible before the next one is displayed, after which you are left with the attention-span of- HEY LOOK, THAT DOG HAS A PUFFY TAIL!

>autism: the post

I FUCKING LOVE AMERICA I FUCKING LOVE CHILD PORN I FUCKING LOVE PIRATING I FUCKING LOVE BREAKING THE LAW YESSSS

In what way, my friend? Please, elaborate. I promise to read every educated word you type with absolute attention, no questions asked.

There are no "felony murder" laws, op. A murder is a felony, full stop. In some parts of the country, "misdemeanor murder" is actually a joke used to describe people who received extremely lenient sentences for their murder.

We just call them murders, but reporters often state whether the crime is a misdemeanor or a felony in their reports.

hip hip vagina
this photo gives me an erection

Being charged with murdering someone in states such as Oklahoma, carries with it a sentence of approximately 20 years. You know what SHOULDN'T carry such a sentence? Sitting in a car. That should carry the sentence known as, "aiding and abetting a felon" and, with it, a sentence of maximum 10 years in jail.

You know why? She never murdered anyone. Here endeth the lesson.

Jokes on you, you won't be getting out earlier.
>mfw laws are only in place to PREVENT people from doing the crimes

not OP but this post isn't autistic, simply pointing out some glaring inadequacies of the American legal system. The fact that in many cases the punishment for a crime is so life ruining may cause people to adopt an all-or-nothing attitude. Now Im not a socio-anthropologist or a specialist in group think psycology so I can't speak to this actually occuing. It may be that people who are going to commit crimes are gonna do what they do regardless of legality, however it doesnt seem out of the realm of possibility that when people have a moment of clarity of the overwhelming terror of facing the rest of your life in a cage, they might fight harder to not be locked up, or in this case try to balance to payment to reward ratio.

That's because we want to prevent all crime equally so we have harsh punishments, maybe the next fat bitch will think twice before agreeing to be the get away driver for home invaders.

You mean a retarded law that makes you guilty of murder because Americans are trigger happy?

>harsh punishments for all crimes

Whew. My God, you Americans are retarded.

A murder in the commission of a felony becomes a murder one case
Sitting in a car, aiding and abbetting a felony makes you a part of the crime

There's no problem here friend, only just desserts

Interesting. So by this rationale, the crime she physically committed would be equal to the physical crimes they committed, and the physical actions of the person who shot them dead. Let's examine that, shall we?

Physically, as in physically you're smearing yourself in peanut butter while masturbating and reading Guns'n'Ammo, she did nothing but pilot three people to a destination, using a vehicle.

Think about that. Really think about that. Those three people may not have been able to get to the destination otherwise, but in all likelihood they WOULD have. If she didn't drive them, somebody else might have.

Now while you're thinking about that, think about this. While events transpired in that destination, physically her hands might have been on a steering wheel. Or playing some music on a device. Or reading a magazine. Or one of a myriad of things that getaway drivers do while they're waiting. Those hands were NOT wielding a weapon. Those hands were NOT using said-weapon to maim or murder someone. Those hands were NOT pulling down the pants or dress of someone for her or others to sexually assault.

Those hands... physically... did NOTHING.

Thus, she should have been charged with aiding and abetting a felon. That is it. She drove those three deceased to a destination. That's a crime. She did NOT physically murder them with an AR-15 wielded by the son of the owner of that home, and she did NOT physically possess the bullets that tore through their bodies, mortally wounding them.

If you are unable to see this, if you are unable to grasp this concept of her physically being involved in nothing but transporting three people to a home to commit a felony (and receiving the appropriate sentence for it - no more than 10 years in prison) then you possess a lack of intelligence that is so dangerous to others, I honestly believe you should kill yourself before your stupidity claims the life of one or more people. Thanks for playing, insert coin to continue.

>Gets fucked on Sup Forums
>Decides to post to retarded Sup Forums instead

um... like... you do realize that generally in these circumstances the judge involved rarely gives the the sentences you're talking about... my guess would be a few years at max after trial... if they did what you said then yeah... would be more than just a few years max

Nah, I'm just getting opinions from both threads. Being an attention-whore is one of my few weakenesses.

OP

Oops! Mistype

She could have said no and refused to help them... but she willingly did it. Her choice was getting involved in their fuck up of a choice to do what they did.

She was asking for it.

I hear what you are saying, but there is some things you overlook

Firstly all three suspects were there to commit felony burglary, ie Aggravated Burglery, Stealing with intent
Secondly, all three kids were met with justified, lethal force. All legit, all the way
Thirdly and most importantly, she is a part of all the crimes, by virtue of being the driver.

By willing being in this situation, which didn't pan out the way they wanted, clearly she condoned everything that happens

The laws the law faggot, like it or not, understand it or not, she's going to face alot of jail time for HER part in the three deaths and the burglary

Now go pick the mushrooms off your chin faggot, you're dribbling shit again

As a matter of fact there is nothing wrong with the American penal system because crime rates in the USA are steadily dropping during the last 40 years.

you're only defending her because she's a woman. if it was a man then you'd probably skip the thread and go right to one of the trap threads.

If you take active participation in a crime in which you know there is a large probability that someone may be harmed or possibly die because of that crime then you're also responsible for that crime, even if you didn't pull the trigger.

Now normally that thought process would be used in a situation where, say, someone went in to rob a bank, shoots the security guard, then gets away. Later the criminals are arrested and the driver is then charged with the same crimes as the person who pulled the trigger (as well as anyone else involved) because they literally created the dangerous situation.

Having it involved in this case is a mild stretch of that, but not much. The dumb cunt teamed up with several armed intruders and put everyone involved into a situation that could result is harm and gross bodily injury/possible death.

I really don't see a problem here, or why you think there is one. She was an active and willing participant in a crime that resulted in the deaths of three people. She knew what she was doing before hand, and had the intruders killed the home owner instead of the other way around she'd be just as culpable to the crime because she helped facilitate it and took and active role in it.

Again, I honestly don't know why you're bothered with that.
