Thanks. The World is Not Enough is up there too
Absolutely right, OP.
The GOAT Bond theme.
Live and Let Die
You Only Live Twice
You, I like you.
This is a good one too user
That's not Live and Let Die, or You Know My Name.

Fight me in the street.
The three best themes are:
You Only Live Twice by Nancy Sinatra
On Her Majesty's Secret Service (Instrumental)
The World is Not Enough by Garbage
throwing You Know My Name and Nobody Does It Better on the pile.
Goldfinger
Diamonds are forever
On her majesty's secret service
A view to a kill
Living daylights
Goldeneye
Die another day
I actually quite like it, definitely not the best though
I hate the Live and Let Die theme, don't understand why so many people think it's great
thread is over, boys
Tomorrow never dies doesn't cut it for me
Ya I don't like t that much, maybe it's cause I dislike Paul
What are peoples opinions on Another Way to Die?
Best title sequence in the series for sure, but the song itself is just okay. I honestly prefer the instrumental version
holy shit
OP is not a faggot
When I watched the music video before the film came out I was indifferent, but hearing it paired with the titles in the theater I loved it. Not the best but one of the better ones
A view to a kill had a good soundrack

peak Adele, great animation, all around classic. fite me.
Nobody Does it Better
well, I guess a big part of it and why that and You Know My Name stand out for me is that they're "rock" songs.
Most times Bond intro sequences use some singer songwriter (usually female) who sings some calm, light shit.
Carly Simon, Sheena Easton, Tina Turner, Adele, Sheryl Crow (though that was uncharacteristic for Sheryl Crow, she was usually a little more raspy and rock inspired if I remember right).. Madonna did a dance song. Even Garbage was toned down.
Paul McCartney and Chris Cornell performed rock songs. They're rock singers.
>peak Adele
Like that means anything
>great animation
Who gives a shit, we're talking about the music
>all around classic
Literally forgettable, plodding, boring, and attached to a mediocre movie
I picked the opening sequence for the film senpai, this is Sup Forums, not Sup Forums
plus I like the visuals of that opening sequence, guns firing hearts and spades, diamonds thrown like throwing knives, bleeding veins leaking hearts, the scope reticles turning into roulette wheels. It was a nicely done intro.
Is Live and Let Die a rock song? What is A View to a Kill then?
I second this. Movie was dope too
This. I'll never understand why so many people put it in their top 5

OP wins his own thread
yeah, it's a favorite for sure.
yes, it's a rock song. It's not a heavy metal song but it's a rock song. It was one of the few Bond Themes that got significant radio play as a song of its own right.
A View to a Kill is also a rock song I suppose, but I'm not as big on the 80's new wave style that was Duran Duran's style. Though I do respect that the band was able to still sound like themselves. A lot of times when a singer or band is asked to perform a song for a Bond film it doesn't really match their style. I mean. As much as I like the Chris Cornell song, it IS kind of missing his usual more screaming and loud vocal style. It's more subdued. It's still a rock song but Chris Cornell was a grunge singer, so doing just normal pop rock was a bit toned down for him.
But Duran Duran sounded like .. Duran Duran.
this is correct

Arctic Monkeys
When Sam Smith was announced i actually thought he could make a nice Bond song, i actually defended him until the song dropped.
>Fast forward some months
>Radiohead unused Spectre song drops
FUCK YEAH
>It's even worse than Sam smith's
I love the arctic monkeys and a lot of people think they should do it but i dont think it fits
