This can't truly be angry because when people are shouting at the top of their lungs in anger they don't purposefully lower the pitch of their voice. It's artificial, caught up in trying to be in its genre rather than just being angry.
The technicality of the instrumentation of those tracks in those posts nearly complements the music. It was purposefully constructed in a way to affect a mood that complements the vocals, rather than throwing a bunch of noise on the track and then shouting over it.
