Just put this out a little over a week ago. The feedback I've received has been super helpful, and it's awesome to see the response it's gotten, largely from here I'm sure. Working on something new, though I doubt it'll even be out till next year. Much more depressive, plenty of blackgaze vibes.
Be back in a bit to give feedback and return any I've gotten ~
>new album >lofi folk, slowcore, recorded on my phone >been working on this project sporadically for about 2 or 3 months >all my music is recorded on my phone except for an EP I'm putting out soon with 2 songs that were recorded by my friend in a studio. >appreciate any feedback
i really love your guitar tone, and i love the music video for the song blow. damn the drum patterns in nightlights are so cool, really diggin the rhythms
>psychedelic rock >guitars n synths n shit >groovy drumming >kinda dissonant but poppy at the same time?? >i don't really know how to describe it so just check it I guess
or if you'd prefer something in more of a hip-hop vein
>instrumental hip-hop >live instrumentation >layered samples >experimental >IDM on a track
I'm currently working on a new album, that will probs be more like the single I released above (3rd track off the album). No idea when it'll release, but I'd say sometime around the end of august or sometime around then.
unanimousmass.bandcamp.com > Compilation, dance, beats, electronic, experimental, chill, psychedelic Literally released the latest mix today, collection of original works by myself and others
: I dig anything hip hop working outside the typical hip hop tropes, so kudos

this is me, to avoid confusion
Glad you dug it! I kinda cobble together my guitar tones compared to other shoegazers so it means a lot
You have the perfect amount of reverb on Puzzles, and a great voice. Kinda wish you switched up the melody for your vocals a bit though. Very surfy indie track though, I do dig it. The short piano outro was great too, almost wish it had carried on a bit.
heavily rec'ing this dude, my favorite (though there's tons of great music I'm not mentioning rn)
If you had a better, grittier guitar tone on the leads, this would actually be so much better. It sounds like your guitar is crazy levels of out of tune too. But yeah, if you work on getting a better guitar tone (and tune) this music would be sooooo good. Stuff like on and on, I love that shit. Your vocals are perfect for this stuff, very Surfer Blood.

wait, shoot, I didn't even comment on this. Thought I did. Anyways, I really love the ideas behind your instrumentals. The lyrics are good too, read like poetry but the meter feels a little off. Something about the way the vocals are recorded irks me but I'm not well versed enough to say exactly what it is. I think they don't have any reverb at all? Low reverb is cool, but they feel a little dry compared to the rest of the mix as a result.
Thank you dude, glad there's people who look further into the genre. Also, dig the compilation, got some nice grooves.

>Coming out of deepest India (or possibly, Melbourne) is a diverse 4 track EP of Bollywood inspired tracks
Hysteric takes 5 minutes from of sniffing out Italo b-sides to team up with noisy enfants terrible Venderstrooik for”Bablas aan den Rijn”, a late night trip to the Lidl, with a detour via Mumbai.
panopticon.bandcamp.com >relaxing, loop-based guitar tracks some friends called it ambient, but it seems a little lively for that
I like the overdub vocals on hell a lot, adds a really uneasy feel to the song. Nice work.
Nice man, Electric slug is super relaxing, a lot of good vibes all around. Why is this a demo?
I like the song quite a bit, but I'm not a fan of the autotune, it feels unnecessary. What's the backing melody instrument? It sounds really neat.

>Nice man, Electric slug is super relaxing, a lot of good vibes all around. Why is this a demo?
thanks dude. I threw it all together in 1 day so I wasn't sure if I'd end up doing a more fleshed out version at some point. So I figured I'd just call it a demo for now.
Just listened to suburbia. I like how the guitar sounds raw but still very clear and roomy. Did you do this one all in one live take?

Just dropped a new beat lads lob an opinion real quick
alternative rap with thoughtful lyrics. very VERY excited to be releasing another 9 track tape soon that I feel is a solid improvement over this one. i put an emphasis on lyrics and most of my songs are p short.
hahah sick bandcamp design right off the bat. this music is nutso but hey man the world needs nutso. the homie.... 8)...we meet in our old stomping grounds once again..dig the track...hope the studio b treatin u good..
dig the crunchiness. bummerpop vibes. wavvesy.
heres my dumb shit. were tryna get shows in philly and anywhere in the northeast so hmu
rec lofi beat. its good shit man. You know your talent.
great drums. the song isnt catchy to me. but thats just me. reminds me of pogo though. and nothing in the song sounds cheap. songs like a SONG ya know.
BIG rec, a little too aggressive for my taste, but the sound design here is awe inspiring. How do you even go about producing something like this? This shit is so cool. It seems like a lot of the tracks could use better vocal production, but it's sick as is.
