i like the second half a lot more than the first, those huge, thick vaporwave-esque drums are a little grating sometimes. really enjoyed rosa
oh shit this is tight. blow is a fucking monster. love the mathy bits and those huge hits, in the beginning, very russian circles-ish. good to see other VA people as well

Glad you liked it! And yeah, great seeing VA musicians in here. You're fatherfake yeah? I think I liked Alone at Sea the most but All I Need was right behind. Not usually a fan of EDM or house but this was really well done, it almost felt like a folk musician making electronic music. Both of you are really talented. Love your vocal sampling. Just great all around, DL'd.
Hell yeah. It's a shame Billy's not doing TFG as much now but he's got an awesome job so I can't really blame him.
Your music is tight btw, it feels like you'd be a blast to see in a sweaty basement. Dancy noisy math rock is my shtick. Threw you a like and DL'd
Rec'd as always, y'all should listen to this banger. You prolly listen to clipping already but to anyone else thinking about listening, this is the feel you get listening to his music. Dance, thrash, get fucked

It's not mine but the guy who made the music is not going to post it around. Fucking obscuritarians

RECCCCC:
This is probably the only thing worth listening to on here right now, good album art too
Also im not into dark ambient noise shit cuz I'm not 17 anymore so if u make that then there's my critique of it
nice prick comment there, mate. I was gonna click on your shit, but I'm sure as fuck not going to now

I made this very short EP about a year ago and I felt kind of awkward about it since I'm not used to doing acoustic stuff but I listened to it again and I kinda like it now so I decided to put it out again as a warmup for my new album, hope someone might like this
>acoustic, sad bedroom folky stuff, the whole shebang

very nice voice! would definitely like to listen to a whole album of this

On the first song your voice is very sweet, and the bass lines make me cum in pant. Second song is dreamy and has a romantic mood, I'm glad that I listened. Gotta abuse le reverb real good
Strange stuff but groovy, got me into a good mood.

This might be a good direction for you to go
Focus on sounding huge, the problem with your music mostly is that it's just random impro, without major progression, or a sound that engages the listener
This latest split however (and especially Standing on the Threshold of Darkness Where Pain Is God) was really good, and it sounds exactly how I imagined.

You have a nice voice

not something Sup Forums would like but I play in a hardcore band. PEEP
recent jam I had with friends
Thanks man! The Body is definitely an influence on us. This newest split was the first time we attempted to write songs instead of just doing improv jams. And we are trying to write a full release for the second half of this year. Slowly working towards a more focused sound.

Dude loving the vibes on this. I wouldn't say it was badly mixed, couldn't imagine the album with any other sound to it.
Sounds like a darker Aphex twin. Also reminds me of MDE
REC
Thanks man, Sam Hyde is my spirit animal.
Also I really dig what you do, it has replay value, at least for me, I can revisit this, for sure.
If Umbral Ash has a split with someone, then they must be good.
me
This is goofy as hell but pretty obviously what you intended. Kinda dancy in the same way that Black Eyes is dancy. Not reinventing the wheel or anything but it's fun
Thanks for the nice words mane. I'm enjoying this, it's very stream of consciousness. Like you said it was after a dream, and you definitely get that feeling. Hooked me after the chord change at 0:40 in Hallway. I also enjoy your vocals a whole lot more when they're less high-bordering-on-falsetto, like how you sound in Wait a While is where I'd say you sound most comfortable. But yeah. Really interested in what a more focused effort would sound like, but at the same time part of this charm is the bored, sad, rushed vibe this has.
One thing I'd say is I know this was recorded quickly, but for layering vocals, trying to match the inflections and timing would sound a lot nicer...like that bit in Wait a While could've sounded super good, you have a nice voice, but since it was all off-time it just felt awkward.
Not Like That sounds like you know that though, the vocals are a lot smoother. This is an emotive little batch of songs. Thanks for sharing.
>rednevada.bandcamp.com
the ambient sections are decent. but t the mix is very very muddy, and the 'vaporwave' drums detract
> spoken word, ambient
> new single
Will post feedback when I come back to the thread after taking the senpai to the park.
hey thanks a lot for the constructive criticism! I'll definitely keep everything you said in mind on my next project (which will probably sound a lot different from this since it's mostly bleeps and bloops instead of actual instruments) but I really do want to do more acoustic stuff once I learn to play a bit better, thanks a lot!
thank you very much!
