At first there was actually an increase in sensitivity but over the first year it normalized to where it was pre-circumcision. It's been about 10 years now and there's maybe been a TINY decrease but not much. Any loss of sensation is more than balanced by having the glans constantly exposed to the inside of her vagina during intercourse and not having the foreskin sliding around.
