Good options. If they are preserved in oil, or at least one of them is, try making a simple spaguetti sauce with garlic and parsley, a pinch of white wine and black pepper. If they are not preserved in oil, finely diced onion, garlic, cilantro, pepper, lemon juice and a bit of olive oil. Eat as picada with fresh bread with a cold beer or white wine

Caldillo es lo más simple del mundo: sofrito a base de cebolla, pimenton rojo/verde el que tengas, ajo, zanahoria. Todo picado fino, se suda (añadiendo un poco de sal para ayudar a la evaporación del agua de las verduras) y cuando está transparente se aliña con: comino, oregano, paprika. Se sofrie con el aliño 30 segundos y se añade el agua del tarro de choritos, más un toque de vino blanco, 1 minuto más en la olla y añades un litro de agua junto con las verduras que quieras poner (papas, zanahorias, arvejas, poroto verde, etc., lo que quieras, todo cortado en cubos). Dejas hervir 10 minutos y añades los choritos sólo para que tomen temperatura. Sirves el plato de caldo, y encima le pones perejil (es preferible el cilantro pero es al gusto la verdad), y un chorrito de jugo de limón. Vinito blanco heladito y a comer.
