Yes, had an 88' civic manual until some stupid cunt went through a stop sign without looking. Still miss that boxy piece of shit

Yeah you cannot get a license without it

Yes

Automatic cars aren't so common in Brazil, so the answer is yes

I don't have any licence, any car

Been driving manual since the age of 14

I can't drive at all

Australia
No

USA
no, i live in a first world country where automatic cars are widely available

OK I have to say no. Otherwise what's the point of this thread.

How's the process to get a license in Australia

yes, I can also drive an automatic :o

Yes, got licence

I can drive only manual

Yup.

Only tried an automatic once and it felt like going back to writing with crayons.

I am 3% dutch so I can only drive a bicycle with the manual transmission (click click)

Get your L (learner) plates and need to drive for 120 hours with your parents or teacher and then after getting those (and waiting 12 months I think) you can get your red P plates and can drive on your own and then after a year get your green P plate. Finally you get your full lisence

>and waiting 12 months

Holy shit, i thought that in Brazil the process to get a license was slow

Yes
Automatic sucks dick, especially older type of matic like 4AT.

...

alternatively grow up in WA
>50 hours
>can get Ps at 17
>2 year of Ps (6 months Red, 1.5 years Green)

are you 16 already? come here, a few weeks and you are done.

All the cars here are in manual
We're not mentally handiccaped
Thankfully

Ha, ACT has no time requirement and I don't have to display p-plate even though I'm on a provisional license.

Why do ask, are you considering moving or something

I'm actually taking driving classes at this month, if everything goes as i planned, in the next month i will have my license

No, just for curiosity

Don't think I'd even be able to drive auto, I'd keep going for the clutch and slamming on the breaks.

Have 4 vehicles, all manual.

Feels good.

yea just drove like 4 hours in a honda civic CXi 1999

This is a good policy I think, at least having some practice in manual or knowing how manual functions.

it differs depending on state/territory
