we don't

Unfixed since the airplane crush

Stop signing loads and loads and loads of players in a single summer year after year and expecting them to gel by the time the season starts, while also changing managers and therefore changing playing styles.

How is Pogba supposed to fit into the team when Daley Blind hasn't even gelled in yet because the team keeps changing.

The board needs to ban transfers for the next 2 seasons. No ins, no outs. Let the current team stay exactly the same.

At the very least, one first team signing per season.

Don't sack the manager either. Stop constantly changing things and expecting things to just click because they won't.

Ed Woodward and his "we can buy a new Pogba every summer" is gonna run the club into the ground and it seems that I'm the only person who's realising this.

Notice how the best performances they've had were towards the end of Van Gaal's reign last season when he started putting more youngsters in. That's not because the youngsters were more talented than the big names, it's because they had been used to playing together for years.

Everyone else ITT is just gonna say "WE NEED TO SIGN LE NEW DEFENDERS AND LE NEW MIDFIELDERS AND LE NEW STRIKERS" or "WE NEED TO SCRAP THE ENTIRE TEAM AND SIGN A WHOLE NEW TEAM"

working perfectly, nothing to fix

>Don't sack the manager either
but your current manager is mourinho
how can you possibly think that is a good thing

Who else is available? It's just gonna make things worse if you keep sacking managers who implement different styles to the team. The turnover of players at United these last few years is phenomenal.

Eddie Howe la

Just changed my opinion about Paul Pogba. The dude is doing well owing to the fact that he is back to the basics. Good Player!!!

a better question: why would you want to?

I'm not a United supporter.

But the constant change is what's destroying the club.

They have Mourinho now. Gotta stick with him, at least until the ship stabilises.

>Wanting to fix something that we've all hated for years

May the ride never end m8

>Mourinho
>Stabilising anything

Wew. He causes chaos, alienates everybody around him and is a walking PR nightmare for the club

almost literally anyone is better for long-term stability than mou
high manager turnover is stupid, yes, but mouyes is guanateed to melt down and fuck up your club. he's the opposite of stability

sack Ed Woodward

Forgot to mention, they (the fans, the players, the board, the manager, the staff, the media, etc) have got the drop the "we're Man United! We're the biggest club on the planet! We have to be successful!" mentality.

You're not gonna finish 5th one season and win the title the next. If United want to become a genuinely great club again, they have to earn it. Their place isn't just an automatic given. It's such an embarrassing mentality to have. Look at what Liverpool have been through.

You're not entitled to a title or a top 4 finish or a Europa League place because you're a famous club.

get a real striker

Needs more dabbing

Keep a single manager for more than 8 months.

Yeah but they chose him. And the problem is the constant change.

Right now bringing a new manager in with a new attitude, new mentality, new playing style will completely ruin the club. It will wreck them.

>Everyone else ITT is just gonna say "WE NEED TO SIGN LE NEW DEFENDERS AND LE NEW MIDFIELDERS AND LE NEW STRIKERS"

Lol I fucking told you.

I don't think you understand. mou IS going to leave in the next year or two, whether you want him to or not right now, and it's not going to be a smooth transition. it always happens. might as well get someone new in and start building right away.

I've already seen ibrachokeovic waste 10 unmissable chances in 3 games, almost all from pogba
it's either that or they let martial play striker for more than 2 games

...

And you've also seen a constant turnover of players and managers completely destroy the club, and it's only gonna happen again.

Also how can you expect a big number 9 who relies on service from his teammates to thrive in a squad that has had literally negative team chemistry for the past 3 years, and is continuing to lose team chemistry at a drastic rate every single summer.

how exactly will larry david save united?

With no survivors.

ibra is getting service, he is just extremely wasteful
and a lot of these players have been there for years now, they had two years to gel with LvG and it didn't work, they're just mediocre
you just have to look at city which is the same but with actual good players

It has to fix itself, lad.

MOURINHO OUT!

Why did Moyes do so shit then? He was so shit at signing players he ended up with only Fellaini in the summer window.

Because Moyes wasn't a very good manager and the team that was left was mediocre, Fergie was the man who made them tick but there wasn't much there to work with especially for an average manager.

Not to mention there was always gonna be loads of pressure on the man replacing Fergie. He had the hardest job out of all 3 of Fergie's successors so far because he was the direct successor.

And bringing in a new manager is often similar to signing loads of players because it brings an entirely new set of staff and an entirely new playstyle. It completely changes the club.

>ibra is getting service, he is just extremely wasteful
Honestly yeah he's wasteful but he's hardly getting brilliant service.

>and a lot of these players have been there for years now, they had two years to gel with LvG and it didn't work, they're just mediocre
The players who came in LVG's first season failed to gel because he just signed loads of new players again the following season. And those players failed to gel because Mou signed loads of players the following the season. So you currently have 3 season's worth of signings who have failed to gel plus a managerial change. That's literally constant change and that's the issue.

>you just have to look at city which is the same but with actual good players
City's spine has been the same for years. Yeah they signed a load of players but they've had the same basic team for years now. Whereas United have fielded a brand new team every season for the last 3 seasons.

Also the players you've signed in the past 3 seasons: Di Maria, Falcao, Schneiderlin, Schweinsteiger, Herrera, Shaw, Ibra, Pogba, Mkhi, Bailly, etc. All these guys were considered really really good, even world class, when they were signed. You can't just damage control by saying they were never good in the first place la

> How is Pogba supposed to fit into the team when Daley Blind hasn't even gelled in yet because the team keeps changing.

y-y-you mean like 1/3 of the price Kante whos in a team thats had more positional changes than your mum on a friday night. Get the fuck out of here and ask for a customer refund. Cunt

this desu imo
