It's a really good album, but the instrumentation on it was a bit excessive and didn't compliment Drake's style. Robert Kirby said that Nick wanted it to evoke a Pet Sounds like lushness. Robert Kirby felt pretty bad about the reception to his instrumentation and felt like he may have ruined the album with it. He was a nice guy though, and I really don't think it was all that bad at all, and anyways Kirby did a good job on Five Leaves Left.

What dif you think of this compilation I thought it was amazing and only loses to 5 leaves left as my favorite works of his.
His family clearly has so much talent outside of Drake and his sister's voice is absolutely beautiful. It was also great to here Nick song some more legitimate blues music since he clearly has such a nack for it.
Also his version of milk and honey is the best in existence.

I love it. It's really a testament to Nick's ability when even his scraps are great. Blossom especially is a really amazing song. Check out Molly's album if you haven't already if you like her voice. It is obvious that his family possessed a great musical ability.
