I think I'm starting to understand why Reviewbrah is popular
he recalls not only in his dress but in his speech and his demeanor an old style tv or radio presenter-- someone like Joe Franklin or even a sports announcer. He doesn't swear and treats his audience with formality and respect. It's very endearing and soothing too. He also has the talent of always having something to say-- and generally saying it well.
The suits are just the outward sign of this persona and most remarked upon-- but I realize they're only the most superficial aspect.
