that was his point. Beyond that though the "proof" is that sarin gas becomes inert when exposed to heat and Russia/Syria claim that the sarin gas was released when they bombed a building that they didn't know the sarin was being stored inside of but if that were true the gas would have become almost entirely inert which obviously isnt what happened. that's the only proof we have though and its not proof so much as its Russia and Syria's story being obviously bullshit.
