the picture showcases 1 box of fries rather than 2
so we can do 2 things
either
a. We assume that 1 box of fries has the same value of 2 boxes and therefore the equation would be
z + (y . x) = 5 + (2 * 10) = 25
or
b. we assume that because it is 1 box of fries rather than 2 it contains half the value of 1 box since 1 is half of 2
then the equation becomes
z + (x * (y/2)) = 5 + (10 x 1) = 15
so it really depends on the assumption we make but my guess is it's 15.
