you need to do 2 things:
1: brush often enough (2x/d minimum)
2: brush properly (not too much pressure or too hard and from the gum to the tooth, not scraping up and down violently)

I had a heart attack last year. Since then, a few of my teeth have seemed to just "die". They turn dark inside and then more or less crumble and fall apart. Because of the crushing medical bills (even with insurance), I haven't been able to properly afford the dentist. What could be going on with them?
