Have a deep desire and drive to do so, otherwise there will be more excuses. Some stimulants like caffeine can help but I like to stay away from that because, although it gives you more forced energy, it can fuck you up and make the ride bumpy. Caffeine is a drug and low vibrational. I used to pop 600 mg caffeine pills and get messed up. You just need meditation.

You could smoke some coke too. But a small amount of stims would probably be better. Even sobering off weed can make you wired. Too much stims and your endurance will get shot.
