CO2 has little to do with being nature friendly. Why is it that Japan is perhaps the cleanest country in the world and China, the dirtiest, when Japan has a lower per capita consumption of CO2 than China?

Because someone has to give profit, cheap commodities and cheap labour to those companies that sustain your development
