Well, I'm used to ghetto cooking, was too lazy to check a proper recipe.
Made it today, mainly used ingredients I had laying around.
Used jasmine rice (I know, it's wrong!), ground beef, scallion, carrot, red onion, vegetable broth, and some cream.
Turned out pretty great actually, ended up making A LOT of it though, so that's going to be my dinner for a few days now...

Thats the point of it. Jasmine would have made it less thick and glutinous because thats what arborio is designed and grown for. Lasting a while is why I put it, its easy, cheap and lasts for up to 5 days in the fridge, so you cook batches and reheat whenever.
