It's another name for R1b-s28, eupedia is really shitty with it's naming system
Basically it's an italo-celto paternal marker but not exclusively, peaks in Switzerland, North italy and southern France. Not unheard of in England for sure.

They are, I1a and I2a2 are both associated with germanic people though(generally). I2a(not I2a2) is mostly found in the balkans though
