Also, reccin' this mate hard!
sure is wild. you definitely did a great job with the energy in both of these tracks. that's awesome and hard to accomplish in instrumental hip hop. my only gripe is probably a personal thing, and it's a thing I have with death grips' music as well. and it's that I wish there was a stronger and more punctuated low end in the percussion.
your drums are on point for sure. in the hip hop album.
LOVING your thing. seems like a very established project with a clear vision on cohesive aesthetics and high-quality instrumental music. damn.
very hard for me to give you honestly valuable feedback but I feel like the sounds need a bunch of trimming. right now it sounds quite messy on the production side. some aggressive EQing might be necessary, especially in all the simultaneous synths, as well as compressing the drums to give them more punch.
thank you so much. my dear friend Leaaves did an awesome job getting us that Phinery release. such a privilege to work with him

Best thing I have seen in a bandcamp thread.
Thanks I've been away from Sup Forums for about 8 months.
This is awesome, at least judging by the first song. It reminds me of a more bluesy D. Vassalotti. Usually I think I'd hate these vocals, but they work really well just because it's so frantic.
Cool feel on this. Very submersed and airy, like you're in a bubble underwater.
this has to be either sarcasm or the guy who posted the band

sun@00:00 here, took a nap, felt like shit, going to give some recommendations because there's stuff here worth checking out, for sure:
Always!
Thank you! However, I'd rather take my time than put out mediocre shit, happened to me before, don't want it to happen again.
Likewise!
Thank you, I try really hard to fight the monotony that's in instrumental hip-hop, so I try to make it as interesting as I can.
Mixing is still an issue I have tho, so I get your concern, I struggle with that to this day, truth be told, I...don't really know how to do it, but I'm working on it!
I really like the amount of detail you put into Through tho, it's one of those things that don't really feel as long as you would expect, kinda blend in perfectly with time for some reason, something that only a handful of ambient producers on these threads can do, really.

this seems like one of the most interesting noise projects around here. my ears are delighted. I don't really listen to noise though so I can't provide any meaningful feedback.
well, it sounds just like Boards of Canada, which bothers me a lot, but if that's what your going for you should be very happy.

stuffs I recommend
listened to Too Late; I really like the songwriting but the guitar sounds kind of weak, could use some verb and EQ to sound more full
when the drums kick in it's great but eh guitar should be raised in the mix and the drums should have some more bass
also adding some vocal harmonies and multitracking would make this stronger IMO
Constant is a great track, would add some more variety to the drums and some more low mids but it gets that shoegazey sound wonderfullyrecs
hey thanks for listening & for the feedback. yeah i think the production on the first two tracks really could've used some work, and the production on the album in general ain't amazing. i keep getting better at it as time passes tho.
your music is really unique dude. i can only imagine what it's going to sound like with some vocalists, judging by the first track it would probably make this one of the most original hip hop outfits ever, no joke
>depressive, mlenancholiuc music

>trip hop, abstract hip-hop, sampling
obviously very well produced. really chill, atmost sleepy atmosphere, but with subtle dark undertones.
i really like this!! you rarely get this type of elton john-vibe in the bc-threads. i'd recommend you to put the vocals a bit higher in the mix though! you got a nice voice
this is really fucking good. complex, intricate, dark, and yet very groovy. best described as night time music. Kendies is heavy as shit. bookmarked.
this is also really fucking good. the combination of droney, slow-moving melodies with heavy breakbeats remind me of some of DJ krush's best stuff. or other similar stuff from the mo wax label. ALSO I appreciate the Derrida reference enormously.

Kind of reminds me of a less noisy POBPAH, nice chill vibes. Kinda wish the drums was just a little more punchy but that's just my lame opinion x

No, but we might believe you if it was in response to a genuinely really good album and not the response right after the album in question was posted.

This is really interesting, I like the weird droney stuff in dunkle tage, sounds almost like a violin mixed with a train in the distance. How did you get that sound?
this takes me someplace else, but I'm not sure where. I like it a lot. Maybe a long hike on an orange evening? I don't know. Great stuff.
I like this a lot, plus
>I try to do a different style for every album, so check others if you want.
I'm trying to do the same thing, so mad respect for that. Only made one so far, but I think its a good goal.
>This is really interesting, I like the weird droney stuff in dunkle tage, sounds almost like a violin mixed with a train in the distance. How did you get that sound?
It's the oscillator plugin with some fiddling around. The rest is mostly accidental sound samples from my mp3 player when it sometimes went off by itself.
