Based Pinoy, but Brazil doesn't have a good military, not even remotely. Chile alone could easily annex Brazil if they so wished (yes, alone). A month ago one state went full blown anarchy because the police went on a strike, and the army was unable to keep it safe, literally The Purge. All it takes for Brazil to fully Balkanize itself is its entire law enforcement going on a permanent strike. Brazil would immediately cease to exist as a nation because it wouldn't receive military support from literally any country, and a military that's unable to keep one single tiny state together obviously wouldn't be able to keep an entire federation together.
I'll have to disagree with you regarding Russia though. Russia is doing amazingly well despite all the odds against them.
