I just marathoned Contagion. What did I think of it?

MATT DAMON

Fishburne's wife was raped, wasn't she?

bump.

No no, his daughter is a porn star

bretty gud

>marathoned
>a movie

18+ kiddo

>Marathoned a film
What?

no. They just wanted the vaccine.
I don't know if you've ever been in a viral epidemic but let me assure you that rape was the last thing on that young mans mind.

its pretty deep, especially after crafting a doobie and lighting that mother up, inhaling those love fumes, proper tripped off my cunt

It was boring and predictable.

Jude Law was annoying.

Soderbergh's finest of this decade. so glad he's coming out of retirement.

>DUUUUUUDE. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED XDDD
fuck off druggie loser.

Comfy, if a bit mechanical. Like all Soderbergh movies.

its that movie where i forget its entire existence one day after watching it

One of my favorite "Global threat" movies. It feels real and like it could happen any time.

>knowing what any of those words mean

dumb insecure ex-druggie

This desu SENPAI. If your not toking up while watching Cinema you're not patrician. Weed is required to fully open your mind and appreciate every aspect of a film.

I appreciated the realism as it did feel very authentic but unfortunately public health epidemic procedure isn't very entertaining.

It was just hours of watching the wheels of government beaureacracy turn.

I really liked it. People with ADD would probably complain. But I liked it, very dank Matt Damon.

Jude Law is my secret gay lover and I like the lack of melodrama, the face of such a horrible catastrophe doesn't need that. Really neat.

>unfortunately public health epidemic procedure isn't very entertaining

This is what I'm talking about. I recently watched All the president's men. Some people uninterested in history surely say they are just doing journalism while paranoid. But it's a procedure and it's acting. You have to like the moment in the movie and the subject.

I grew up watching TV news. SARS was spooky. As a European 10 year old or something, and seeing the bird flu slowly creeping in towards my country was so fucking scary. The idea of a pandemic coming and killing like 20% of the population. And then it never materialized. Says a lot about how little news stories there was pre financial crash. Just complaining about Bush and scary diseases.

Anyway Contagion speaks to the paranoia I had as kid of this disease coming in and totally wrecking society and maybe myself. Surely I'm not the only one who has experienced this? I mean some dumbasses where spooked of Ebola :D

It's really good actually. Pretty underrated realistic take on an outbreak

Best viral outbreak film imo.

Great film. Love it

Are there any good other ones? I just realized I really liked this movie?

Not zombie shit obviously
