Nope.

>best Bond
Said no-one. Even if they had been good he was way too old for the majority of them anyway

He is second Bond after Brosnan.

for me

Half of the films were shit
but as a the James Bond character, he was great.

Only plebbits will disagree

Let's just say he left me wanting moore

>Craig
>Bond
>plane.jpg

He's certainly not the best but he gets more hate than he deserves. He was a decent enough Bond, although he should have quit the role after For Your Eyes Only. He got too old

It doesn't hurt that he was in the greatest Bond film of them all, pic related

>It doesn't hurt that he was in the greatest Bond film of them all
No.

>girls laughing.png

Moore was the best Bond, but From Russia with Love is the best Film hands down, get it right you faggots

that's a great one, even if the two main villains are lame as hell. I prefer LTK though, it's my second favorite after TSWLM

>too old
nah

how do you get rid of tits like that?

In Octopussy and A View to a Kill he looks like a retiree

I think he looks fine in everything else though

...

Brosnan will always be my favorite Bond.

I used to not care for him but now he's definitely my favorite, and a far better actor than he's given credit for

Nice, Dalton and Brosnan are my 2 favourites

Brosnan was fucking solid as Bond

Too bad all his movies aside from Goldeneye were shit

I miss his carefree murdering
Craig turns into an alcoholic every time he has to kill somebody

>Connery
>Pleb
you're trying too hard

I love TWINE, more than GoldenEye actually

Change Patrician and Plebian and it's correct

OHMSS is a great film, very underrated.

Lazenby just isn't bond though. The scene at the ice rink while wonderfully acted is just so far removed from what bond is in the movies. It's what everyone laps up now in the Craig shit so Lazenby was just ahead of his time.

>Connery
The choice of the fedoraman.

>Lazenby
The choice of the non-existent hypothetical Hipster-Sama.

>Moore
More humour, less smug, less pewpew. The correct choice.

>Dalton
For those who aren't hipster enough to prefer Lazenby.

>Brosnan
For 90s endless nostalgia tards. Third best Bond.

>Craig
"I'm a huge faggot, please rape my face."

Dalton comes the closest to the actual character as imagined by Fleming.

Connery isn't bad, but he's totally the pleb choice. You ask your average joe on the street who their favorite Bond is, and they'll say Connery because the only Bond movie they've seen/remember is Goldfinger.

>Cast as the fictional British secret agent James Bond in October 2005, his first film in the role, Casino Royale, was released internationally in November 2006.

>MUH BOOKS

The books are literal shit. Were it not for the films no one would care about Jimmy Bond.

Connery defined Bond and made Bond into a worldwild sensation. Connery is the best bond because he is Bond.

Changing things from the source material doesn't make it a bad movie.

This thread, and mostly all Bond threads are shit because there isn't a "best" Bond actor/movie... all of them had different things that appeal to different people whose
Even a super retarded movie like Moonraker can be the favorite of someone just because it's retarded

we could also try to discuss what is the best colour

kill yourself pleb

...

I do have to agree, Fleming isn't a good writer

FTFY

The real list

see

I love Moonraker, it's a blast. It also has a top-tier villain

>Can he really be the best Bond if half his films are shite?

You’ve got that backward; Roger Moore is the worst Bond but he was in the best Bond movies.

Side note; the speed boat jump in “Live And Let Die” was (and may still be?) a Guinness world record.

He's not the worst, also TMWTGG and AVTAK are garbage.

Moore emphasized the 'playboy' aspect of the bond personality. Hence why his films tended to have humorous and satirical currents running through them. I wouldn't call him the 'best bond', but i find his movies to the most fun. Plus hes a friggin giant.

brosnan is objectively the best film bond, and most embodies film bond's character (suave, masculine, amicable, deadly, etc.)
lazenby shouldn't be on anyone's radar because he was in one fucking movie, and craig's bond is too much of an asshole to be even remotely likable (written a little bit closer to the books, but fuck that)
the rest are good, but aren't even close to being as good as brosnan

i should add, though, that moore's movies had some silly wacky slapstick bullshit in them, which was a product of the times, but is not what bond movies are about
